Plain rules. No surprises.

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Posture AI. By creating an account or using the posture scan, programs, or coach, you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 16 to use Posture AI.

Posture AI includes:

• The posture scan and camera coach. Your camera watches how you sit and lets you know when you slouch. It runs on your device only. See the Privacy Policy for how that is enforced.
• Programs. Phased exercise plans with video, matched to your assessment answers.
• The coach. Reminders, check-ins, and a chat that answers questions about your program. The coach is software assisted by an AI model, with safety screening built in and a person reviewing anything it flags before the coach goes on.

Posture AI provides general exercise and posture guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and using it does not create a clinician-patient relationship between you and any physical therapist at Posture AI. The posture scan estimates posture from a camera image; it is not a clinical measurement.

Talk to a clinician before starting if you have had recent surgery, a fracture, a serious injury, or any condition that affects exercise. Programs are matched to your answers, so answer honestly and update them when things change.

Stop immediately and seek in-person care if an exercise causes sharp or worsening pain, numbness or tingling, weakness in a leg or arm, loss of bladder or bowel control, or if you feel faint. If you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

The symptom screening in the assessment and the coach is there to catch warning signs. It is careful by design and may pause your program until someone reviews it. It is not a replacement for your own judgement or for medical care.

• Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give us accurate information and keep it current.
• One person per account. Programs are matched to one body.
• You can delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how.

Please do not:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute programs, videos, or any part of the service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or its security.
• Use the coach to seek advice for someone else without their knowledge, or for anyone under 16.
• Upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

The coach uses an AI language model to write its replies. Exercises and doses come only from the program library, and safety decisions come only from our screening rules, never from the model alone. Even so, the coach can be wrong. Treat it as a helpful assistant, not a clinician, and when in doubt ask a human.

There is no charge for the posture scan, and there never will be. The coach is a subscription: $1 today to start a 3 day trial, then $14.99 a month unless you cancel first. You can cancel anytime from your account, and cancelling stops the next charge. We do not refund part of a month.

We will tell you before we change a price you are already paying. The current price and its terms are on the Pricing page.

The programs, videos, exercise graph, coach, posture scan, software, brand, and content are owned by Posture AI or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them through the service while your account is in good standing.

Your data is yours. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or interruptions, or that it will produce a particular result for your back.

To the extent the law allows, Posture AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, during launch, is zero). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our own negligence causing personal injury.

You can stop using Posture AI and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. If we discontinue the service we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

We may update these terms as the service grows. We will update the date at the top and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Posture AI is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
