How it works

You cannot watch your own back.
Your camera can.

By three your neck aches, and it started hours earlier. You never felt it happen. Posture AI watches from the camera you already have and tells you in the moment, not in a weekly summary you will not read.

1. Scan yourself once

Open the scan in your browser and take one selfie. It draws your spine from the side so you can see the curve you cannot see in a mirror. There is no charge for the posture scan.

2. Leave the camera on while you work

The coach reads your posture on your own machine, frame by frame. It learns how you sit when you are sitting well, so it is measuring you against you, not against a diagram.

3. It chimes when you slump

Not a report at the end of the week. A sound in the moment, while you are still slouching, getting louder until you sit up. That is the part that changes anything.

4. Short sessions build the muscle

About 15 minutes a day to start. The exercises hold you up on your own so you stop needing the chime, and the app builds you up at your own pace.

Your camera stays on your device

No video is uploaded or stored, ever. The browser itself enforces it. Two still frames can leave: the selfie your scan is drawn from, and one frame when the camera cannot tell whether you are sitting, standing or lying down. Neither is kept, and you can switch the second one off. Read the privacy policy.

There is no charge for the posture scan. The coach is $1 for 3 days, then $14.99 a month. Cancel anytime.
