Every posture product asks you to buy something and wear it. A sensor taped between your shoulder blades. A brace that pulls you upright. You wear it for a week, the novelty goes, and it ends up in a drawer.
A brace has a second problem. It holds you up, so the muscles that were supposed to hold you up stop trying. Take it off and you are worse than when you started.
You already own a camera that points at your face for most of the working day. Posture AI uses that. It watches how you sit, chimes the moment you slump, and gives you short sessions that train the muscles to hold you there on their own. Nothing to wear. Nothing to charge. Nothing to lose in a drawer.

Your video never leaves your device
This is not a policy we promise to follow, it is how the thing is built: the posture reading runs on your own machine and the browser enforces it. Two still frames can leave, and only these two: the selfie your scan is drawn from, and one frame when the camera cannot tell whether you are sitting, standing or lying down. Neither is stored, and you can switch the second one off. The privacy policy spells out exactly what that means.
We tell you the price
There is no charge for the posture scan. The coach is $1 for 3 days, then $14.99 a month, and you can cancel anytime. You will not find that number hidden at the end of a funnel.
We do not pretend to be your clinician
Posture AI is a posture coach and exercise guidance. It is not a diagnosis and not a substitute for care. Stop any exercise that causes sharp pain, numbness or weakness. New or rapidly worsening symptoms deserve a real clinician, and we will say so rather than keep you in the app.
